These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services. By engaging KJW Hospitality Solutions, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

KJW Hospitality Solutions provides consulting and B2B connection services for hospitality businesses seeking procurement solutions. Our primary role is to introduce or connect clients with third-party suppliers that provide products and services related to the hospitality industry.

We do not:

  • Sell or distribute products directly;

  • Handle payments, shipping, or fulfillment;

  • Provide after-sales service or warranty support.

2. No Liability for Supplier Transactions

All procurement transactions (including quotations, orders, payment, shipping, warranties, returns, and customer service) are strictly between the client and the third-party supplier. KJW is not a party to the transaction.

We do not guarantee:

  • Product availability or suitability;

  • Supplier reliability or performance;

  • Delivery timelines or pricing accuracy.

KJW accepts no liability for any losses, damages, or issues arising from transactions between clients and suppliers.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Conducting their own due diligence before entering agreements with suppliers;

  • Reviewing and understanding the supplier’s terms, including return, refund, and warranty policies;

  • Ensuring compliance with any relevant laws, industry standards, or regulatory requirements.

4. Fees

Fees for consulting or connection services (if any) will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. In some cases, KJW may receive a referral fee or commission from suppliers at no additional cost to the client.

5. Confidentiality

Any confidential business information shared during consultations will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services to the client. KJW does not sell or distribute client information to unrelated third parties.

6. Geographic Scope

KJW currently provides services to businesses located in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Clients outside of these regions should contact us for eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by KJW (including but not limited to reports, strategies, and communications) remain the intellectual property of KJW unless explicitly transferred in writing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

KJW provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome or suitability of supplier relationships or the products/services offered by suppliers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KJW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use of our services or engagement with third-party suppliers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
